The machine line is consist of SJ-45/28 single screw extruder and die head, rotating forming machine,haulling off machine, circulating-water cooling tank, meter counter and winder. The units is compact structure and superior performance. the screw and barrel through optimization design, adopt 38CrMoAiA professional proccessing that can make the whole units has advantages of uniform plasticizing, capacity stability, high output, long service life,etc. The screw adopt cast-aluminium heating, fan cooling type and Precision electronic instrument temperature controller.

The reducer adopt hard teech surface geer box, can trouble-free working long time uninteruppted. The whole units has the feature of integrated design, high performance, high stability, etc.

A: Yes, we are a plastic extruder machine manufacturing factory, and the plastic spiral wrapping band machine is our main products.

Q: What about the payment terms ?

A: Usually, we do the payment terms like 30% of total amount as deposit by T/T in advance then the balance(70% of total amount) by T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.
But it according to actual fact.

Q: What about the delivery time/ production time ?

A: We have the plastic spiral wrapping band machine in stocks, and within 20working days after confirm your payment, we can arrange the delivery. Because, different customers have different request about the mould, so we need to produce the mould and we need time to run and test the machine after finished.
