Hydrochloric acid Fog Inhibitor IC-YW

Hydrochloric acid fog inhibitor is used for pickling in electroplating, electrostatic spraying, painting industries. Hydrochloric acid in descaling can produce acid fog, which cause environment pollution and do great harm to the equipment and operating personnel. Add a small amount of hydrochloric acid fog inhibitor, which can effectively alleviate acid fog and prevent material from the corrosion of hydrochloric acid.

Function:Inhibit hydrochloric acid fog, while promote the removal of various oil of metals in acid pickling process, slow or inhibit the corrosion of hydrochloric acid. It has good synergistic effect with hydrochloric acid, and suitable for various temperature.

Characteristics: It is compounded with acid fog absorber and inhibitor. Stable performance, simple operation, small dosage, high efficiency, low cost, non-toxic, odorless, no environment pollution, safe usage.

Physical and chemical indicators:

State: powder solid; neutral and weak alkaline, no corrosive, no burning and no burst.

Solubility: soluble in water and acid

pH value :7-8

Method of use:

Preparation: according to concentration of hydrochloric acid and temperature, fog inhibitor concentration is generally 0.5-1% (weight) (temperature or concentration is higher, concentration of fog inhibitor will be greater). Add fog inhibitor to hydrochloric acid pickling tank, mix evenly.
