ZY-EH321 video encoder can deliver H.264/H.265 encoding HDMI video streams of independent IP output to various servers for live application, such as Wowza media server, windows media server, social media platform, and some other servers based on SRT/RTSP/RTMP/RMPTS/ HLS/ TS/ Onvif protocols. orivision video encoder is widely applied in hotel TV systems, school teaching, live broadcasting. And ZY-EH321 has approved by CE, FCC, ISO, etc.

Our engineers can provide professional technical support services to customers through remote software, such as Teamviewer,Skype,whatsapp etc.
3. 3 years warranty
We provide new free spare parts in 3 years because of the product quality problems, except for man-made damage.
4. Provide factory repair service
If the customer has a problem with the equipment, he can send it back to the factory for repair. Maintenance is free, but there will be a material charge.
5. About Import tax
I hope you know that import duty is paid on imported goods in most countries. Our all quote and price don't include your import tax. As to specific rates, please consult your local customs office. I appreciate your understanding!
