A:Tunnels and Roll-overs (or gantry) Touchless (with high-pressure water) are the most common for regular commercial use.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:15-60 days after receiving the order confirmation. Generally, it depends on the model.
Q:How to install the machine?
A:We provide an installation manual and operation manual. Online service is open at any time. We will also provide the foundation drawings for the civil work if necessary. On-site installation is limited during the pandemic.
Q:What is the daily maintenance procedure?
A:Please follow the operational manual.
Q:How to solve errors and malfunctions?
A:Please follow the operational manual. It is recommended to connect the Internet to the machine, which allows our Engineer to debug remotely.
Q:What is the warranty?
A:1-year warranty for the machine in general. The POM conveyor belt is guaranteed for 2 years or 300 thousand washes. We suggest preparing common spare parts along with the machine.
Q:How much will the maintenance cost?
A:It is estimated to be 5% of the price in the 2nd year, 6% of the price in the 3rd year, 8% of the price in the 4th year, and under 10% of the price starting from the 5th year under the condition that the maintenance guidance is followed carefully and the machine operates every day non-stop for 8 hours.
Q:Can I get repair parts in the future?
A:Yes. We have inventory for common parts regularly. Special parts or old designs will have a different cost and production time.
Q:How long will the foundation civil work take?
A:7-10 days in general.
Q:What is the power consumption per car washing?
A:Please refer to the catalog. The blower is the most power-consuming part of the machine.
Q:What is the water consumption per car washing?
A:Please refer to the product specification. With proper water reclaim system, up to 70% of the water can be recycled to the system.
