The sand mixer uniformly mixes the foundry sand, binder, additives, water, etc., to make it into molding sand or core sand with certain performance. There are two main types: roller type and balance wheel type.
Sand machine is a kind of sand treatment equipment widely used in foundry industry. According to the characteristics of sand mixing technology, sand mixer can be divided into: roller type sand mixer with rolling and rubbing action; with mixing action The main blade type sand mixer; the countercurrent or rotor type sand mixer with rubbing and mixing functions and the balance wheel type sand mixer with rolling and mixing functions. Sand mixers can also be divided into batch and continuous sand mixers according to their working nature.

It can make water, clay&other appendices evenly distribute in the sand surface.
