Led by a postdoctoral scholar from University of Michigan in the US, we insist to keep the share of the R&D staff more than 30% in order to provide best products to our customers. Not only the R& D personnel input but also, we have a huge investment in our TIM lab which cover an area of more than 1,000 square meters. Our R&D team provides our customers efficient, high-end and customized heat conductions and cooling solutions. Sure, but you need to pay the freight cost by yourself.

Our regular size is 200mm*400mm*1mm and 100mm*100mm*1mm, also we can do customized made.
Q4: What kind of package you offer?
Originally, we package thermal pads by cartons, thermal gel by plastic tube(200ml+200ml), thermal grease by plastic can.
