1, Pre galvanized steel pipe is made of hot dip galvanized steel strip directly, zinc coating 40-60g/m2, if require more zinc coating,, we can do customized processing.

2, Hot dipped galvanized steel pipe has thicker zinc coating than pre galvanized steel pipe, black steel pipe will be dipped into zinc pool for galvanization. Zinc coating will be above 300g/m2.

A   We produce the pipes and fittings according to GB API ASME and other standards strictly, the tolerance of thickness will be kept within in ±12.5%. It is standard data. Actually, we provide the tolerance will be within +/- 6%-8% . 
Q   can you supply us samples?
A   we just can supply part of the sample for free, but please pay the mailling cost.
