Product Introduction
Working principle
The hot clinker is discharged from the kiln to the grate bed. Under the reciprocating push of the grate plate, it is distributed along the full length of the grate bed to form a certain thickness of the grate bed. The cooling air after cooling and ripening becomes hot air. The hot air at the hot end enters the kiln and decomposing furnace (pre-decomposing kiln system) as combustion air. Part of the hot air can also be used for drying.

Grate cooler is composed of upper shell, lower shell, grate bed, grate transmission device, grate supporting device, clinker crusher, leakage zipper, automatic lubrication device and cooling air unit
Structure and composition
Kiln blanking zone: the area where hot clinkers fall from the kiln
Heat recovery zone: the cooling air from this zone will be fed into the kiln and preheater
Waste heat recovery zone (WHR zone) : the cooling wind from this zone is used to generate electricity
Subsequent cooling zone: the cooling wind coming out of this zone is exhaust gas
