The isostatic graphite products we produced tested National Electric Carbon Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the main physical and chemical properties have reached: compressive strength 125MPa, a Shore hardness of 65 degrees, theresistivity 12μΩm. Is the only country capable of producing more than 800mm diameter, particle size less than 18 microns large-sized enterprise isostatic graphite products, make up the domestic market blank large size of graphite products, products by customer applications, good performance, to meet the needs and improve the domestic and other isostatic graphite products share. While being 10μm trial following products, has entered the small-scale production; more high quality isostatic specialty graphite finished rate of 90%, far ahead of the industry's yield of 70%, living first in the country.

We have a strong technical team which over 200 staffs, the college degree or above is 54 person and R&D people is 26. Our product includes isostatic graphite blocks, molded graphite blocks, rounds and different types of graphite crucible and graphite machining products. Different density and size can meet all kinds of application, such as EDM, sintering industry, continuous casting, 3D glass mold, photovoltaic and other industries.

In the year of 2011, 12 R & D projects, R & D expenses reached 9.27 million yuan. It has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.

The main technical values will be tested in each lot, such as graphite density, electrical resistivity, Shore hardness, Flexural Strength, Compressive Strength, Ash. And then classify based on different test result for different product application.
