Silicon carbon alloy, also called high carbon silicon, is the by-product of silicon metal, as it contains high content of Silicon (50-70%)and Carbon(10-25%), it can be used to replace the ferro silicon and recarburizer in steel making and iron casting.
Application:
1.Silicon carbon alloy can be used as the alloy agent to replace the ferro silicon in the electric furnace.
2.Silicon carbon alloy also can replace the ferro silicon and recarburizer in iron casting industry.
