Energy efficient
It has low heating cost, that 20% of the diesel oil, 30% of heavy oil. Use bituminous coal as fuel and the thermal efficiency is more than 90%. The coal consumption of 1 ton base powder is about 70-100kg, saving energy of 30-40% compared with that of coal gas.
Environment friendly
High cleanliness of the hot air, almost same as the oil-fired. The dust content is less than 80mg/Nm3, with long cleaning period. All the hot air enters into the spray tower, and no secondary pollution during the production.

Process flow introduction
A certain amount of hydrochloric acid is put into the reaction pool, and the limestone (or other calcium carbonate containing raw materials, such as calcium carbide mud, etc.) is put into the reaction pool proportionately, and the PH value is adjusted by calcium hydroxide (to make the solution alkaline) after the reaction. The solution (containing insoluble solid impurities) is pressed into the filter press by the mortar pump and enters the concentration or directly granulation process, and filter residue is sold as building materials. A small amount of hydrogen chloride gas is brought out during the reaction, and is pumped by the fan into the exhaust gas absorption tower. After two stage absorption (absorption of calcium chloride solution at the first stage and water absorption at the second stage), and the gas can reach the discharge standard.
Process flow introduction
The concentration of calcium chloride will be different because of the different concentration of hydrochloric acid. And the subsequent process is usually selected according to the requirements of calcium chloride products and the concentration of calcium chloride solution. If we need to produce anhydrous calcium chloride granules, the recommended solution before granulation is 35%--45%. If the solution is too dilute, it is necessary to use the evaporation and concentration device. If calcium chloride dihydrate flake is needed, the solution is directly condensed to 70% with several stages, and then flaked and dried. The amount of the evaporation stages is calculated and determined according to the concentration of the solution.
