☆ Controlled by Siemens PLC with touch screen with friendly interface.

☆ Mechanical pressing & rubbing, does not hurt materials, without waste.

☆ Sensors could accurately check the molds position, upper and nether moulds tightly fit, makes super cereal bar shaping.

☆ Molds and hopper are both non-sticky processed and meet food grade. All the parts touching with the materials are made by SS304.

☆ Material hopper has heater to keep the temperature of materials.

☆ Cooling conveyor has fans to cool down the final products, also the length can be customized.

Ingredients Mixer

DRCT-35 Mixer is used to evenly mix the sugar with the puffed rice, millet, wheat, highland barley, fagopyrum tataricm Gaertn, maize, broomcorn, Chinese pearl barley, buckwheat, etc.
ØThe hopper has warm-keeping function. ØThe coating has non-sticky design. It has heating function, up to 120℃ (normally we suggest 80℃ to prevent over-cook the sugar).
