The suction specific gravity stone removal machine is mainly used in grain processing plants. Separating impurities such as side-by-side stones with a larger specific gravity than grain from wheat and rice can also be used to separate impurities from other grains. This machine is to use the physical properties of grains and side stones to have different specific gravities and suspension speeds, and to promote the classification of the grains and side stones by the air flow upward through the gap between the grain particles. Under the action of the sieve plate, it moves toward the stone discharge end, and the grain floating on the upper layer flows toward the discharge end under its own weight, thereby separating the side-by-side stones from the grain.

Structure and performance:

The stone removing machine is composed of a feed suction device, a storage hopper, a suction hood, a sieve body, an eccentric drive, a shaking mechanism, a frame and other parts.

The hinge joint of the reciprocating rocking mechanism of this machine adopts rubber bearings. There is no gap between the rubber bearings and the shaft and the holes. The elastic torsion swing of the rubber bearings is used. Rubber bearings are durable and absorb vibration. The machine movement is stable, firm and reliable, low vibration and low noise.
