Q1: What is your terms of payment and delivery time?

 A1: We usually accept T/T,bank transfer,western union.30% T/T in advance,balance before shipment.Generally the delivery time is 7-15 days if the goods are in stock or 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock,it depends on the quantity.

Q2: Can I get some free sample?How long can I expect to get sample.

A2: Yes,free sample is available,but the charge of shipping will be paid by customer.Your sample will arrive in 3-7 days usually.

Q3: How to Inflate the balloon? 
A3: a. Gently insert a plastic straw or helium nozzle into the opening of the balloon
b. Blow air into the straw 
c. Seal the balloon by pressing the end together with your finger and thumb

Q4: How to deflat the balloon?
A4: a. Gently insert a long straw into the opening of the balloon until you feel the air start to come out of the straw
b. When air starts to come out of the straw, gently press the body of the balloon with the palm of your hand until all the air or helium has escaped
c. Fold and pack away ready for your next Celebration

Q5: How about goods quality ?

A5: Order will be checked one by one before shipping .but as for balloons, fraction defective under 3% is considered normal, please note it .

Don’t worry ,If products are broken more than 3%, you can send broken items photos to me ,i will send good ones with your next order or refunded money .

Q6: what is delivery time and shipping time ?

A6: Generally ,order will be shipped out in 3~4 days .shipping time is about 5~8 working days by express ,10~12 working days by air .30~32 working days by sea .

But if it is custom order or big quantity .delivery time will be longer .

Q7: Do you accept custom order and logo ?

A7: Yes ,sure. please send your logo and require details. we will give professional suggestion and artwork. sample is also available .
