The mold opening fee is quoted according to the size of the product and the difficulty of the structure. The general design mold opening fee ranges from 32USD to 190USD.

The mold opening and proofing time can be sent out about 2-4 days after the design rendering is confirmed.
10, How many days is the production period for bulk goods?
After the sample is confirmed, the delivery time is about 10days for 500pcs, 12 days for 1000 pcs, 15 days for 2000 pcs, and 20days for 5000 pcs.
11. Are there any test reports for the product?
All products of our factory can meet the relevant certifications of the European Union and the United States, such as CE,
FCC,ROHS, etc. If you need it, we can provide for testing.

Warranty

2. For products within the warranty period, the corresponding performance after repair is close to the new product standard (except for normal aging);
3. The product can be repaired after the warranty period, but if the parts need to be replaced, the customer shall bear the
relevant expenses;
4. Products not produced by our factory can also be repaired, and the costs incurred are borne by the customer (only for
cooperative customers);
5. The factory will complete the repair and send it back within 3-7 working days after receiving the repaired product (if there is no spare parts inventory, according to the spare parts construction period);
6. If the product cannot be repaired, the product within the warranty period will be guaranteed by our factory by renewing;
7. The products of our factory are strictly controlled and fully inspected and shipped. The comprehensive quality prevention and control of the design and production process is an excellent after-sales guarantee;
