A6. Motors are customized based on different requirements like lifetime, noise, torque, and speed, etc. Therefore, if you can share your detailed requirements and estimated annual usage, we`ll provide you with an accurate quotation.

Q8. What about your warranty?
A8. Our warranty is about one year and all products can be replaced for free within one year if broken (not including man-made)

Q9. What are your terms of payment?
A9. Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.

Q10. How long is your delivery time?
A10. Generally, for regular orders, we can ship within 15-25 days for small quantities, and about 40 days for large quantities it is according to detailed requests.

By sea - Buyer appoint forwarder, or our sales team find suitable forwarder for buyers.
By air - Buyer offer collect express account, or our sales team finds suitable express for buyers. (Mostly for sample)
Others - Actually, samples send by DHL, UPS, TNT, and FedEx, etc. We arrange to deliver goods to someplace from China appointed by buyers.
