Apure Chemical dosing system for water treatment.
Sewage treatment chemical dosing system is a new concept for chemical wastewater treatment equipment,have been used in the sewage treatment for electricity,utility and government.This system combine PE tank,metering pump,mixer and automatic control system to one.Metering pump and mixer set on PE tank,metering pump outlet connect with dosing pipe and inflow waste water pipe,this metering pump will be control by automatic control system,which will control and check the dosing speed and quantity automatically.When add chemical agent to wastewater treatment plant,the mixing will mix the chemical agent with water,metering pump send this chemical liquid to waste water inflow pipe at the control of automatic control system.The mixed chemical-sewage liquid will flow into follow-up unit.
