this automatic steamed stuffed bun making machine mainly consists of stuffing hopper, dough hopper, forming wrapping mold and conveyor. Besides making bun, if equipped with air Cylinder, this  machine can also produt meat pies. 

1.open the knife block plate, injecting cooking oil in between knife block.

2.contact power, to check machine running and Reversal running. turn on switch to make machine idling , after checking whole machine is under normal condition, turn off swithch.

3.when making bun, firtst turn on shaping  control switch,then start dough feeding switch, put kneaded dough into dough hopper until machine making empty bun.then adjust dough feeding speed to make proper dough sheet. after that, turn off dough feeding switch.

4.turn on stuffing feeding switch,put the prepared stuffings into stuffing hopper,observe the stuffing moves forwards to fill the stuffing pipe.

5.when the dough sheet with stuffing go throught the moulding knife plate and bocomes completed stuffed buns, then you can adjust the stuffing feeding speed to control final buns proper sizes and weight.
