Print instruction：
1.It's one silicone cured by oven .XG-866AH:fast catalyst XG-866B-2:100:2(mixture ratio:100:2),adding 10-20% silicone thinner XG-128AH.
2.After mixing XG-866AH with XG-866B-2,XG-128AH thoroughly,please print the transparent silicone for 2 times.every layer need keep the surface dry by flash.(flash temperature 120℃,10seconds) 3.Print color layer:after mixing XG-866AH,XG-866B-2 with XG-128AH thoroughly,please add 10% silicone pigment. Print 4-6 color layers.Note:every layer need keep the surface dry by flash.(flash temperature 120℃,10seconds)
4.Print glossy or matte silicone
5.After printing glossy or matte silicone,place product in the closed oven by 120-130℃,3-5minutes.

Q: How long can it be surface cure?
A: Very short time. Only 10 seconds for surface cure by the table oven or dryer (120℃).
Q: How will we know the right temperature of table oven during screen printing silicone ink?
A: It’s very good question. Please check the temperature of print table with infrared temperature gun. We share you the infrared temperature gun for reference here.
Q: How can we solve the challenge of bubble during HD screen printing?
A: Don’t worry about the bubble defect. Because our silicone ink has the best self-deaeration. Please vacuumize the silicone ink by the vacuum machine after mixed pigment, thinner, catalyst if you meet the bubble.
