About our Company:
1. Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
We are the appointed exclusive agent by Doublestar factory. We specialize in premium and unique tires for weekend track racing, race purposes, off road and extreme off road.
2. How many sales does we has?
We have a team of about 50 personnel split into sales, product development, and marketing.
3.Where is your plant?
We operate our production line out of one of the most premium Chinese manufacturer in Qingdao, China. You may wish to know we control the entire supply chain- from raw material procurement, to development, final inspection, and even shipment.
4.Production Capability:
We have the capability for up to 500,000 pieces per year, but limit this quantity to currently 400,000 for quality control. If the opportunity arises that we need to invest further for bigger capacity, we will.
About Order
1.Is sample order possible?
We address all orders independently, and welcome any enquiry- it is not simply about your order size.
2.What is your MOQ?
It is 1x20Feet container, the loading rate sheet is attached, and you can adjust your order quantity directly to make a full load.
3.We want to buy less than full container for the tires.
If we have an agent/ distributor in your market, we encourage you to make your purchase through them. We feel this is what differentiates us from the rest.
3.We don’t want to buy from local, and we want to import from China directly. We will have big order after us testing the sample tires.
We respect and uphold the business relationship of agent or dealers appointed in each market. Please understand that we took a long time to build this level of trust, and hope to have your understanding.
5.What is your payment term?
For new customers: We do require a deposit (of 30% upfront) with the balance 70% paid via TT upon presentation of document.
For existing customers: We accept 100% LC at sight
Our regular customers get to pay via OA (Open account) with 30-60days term.
6.What kind of currency do you accept?
USD, CNY and EUR are all acceptable.
7.What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is generally within 25 days after receiving 30% deposit or the original L/C in our favor. If the tires you ordered have stock or in production, then the container can be shipped within 15 days.
8. Can you do OEM for me?
A: We accept OEM orders, we focus on R&D part and , we are experienced and have helped many customers do their own mold and tyres.
