Q4: How long is your sample time and delivery time?
A4: Usually sample time needs 5-7days. And we will deliver the goods in 20-30 days after the payment and all detailed confirmed. 

Q5: Can you send samples before the bulk production?
A5: After the sample deposit confirmation, we will start the sample making process. Once the sample is done we will send to you according to your needs.

Q6: What is the turn around time for bulk production?
A6: This is informed by one of our sales members in the quotation process, but after payment is confirmed we usually take about 25-30 days to finish the production.

Q7: Can I get a sample before bulk order & what's your sample policy?
A7: Yes, we are happy to make samples for your testing before you place large order. For this is our first cooperation with each other. we will charge fees each sample. But the sample fee just a symbol, we will return the sample fee to you upon your large order is confirmed.
