A: Yes, If you need samples, we will charge the sample cost which depends on your requirements, if you  make  order to us, the sample fee will refund to you .

Q:  What ''s your MOQ? Can i make mixed styles and colors?

A : For stock, 10 pcs and we can mixed color for you,

   For customized order, MOQ is 500pcs, we can also mixed color

Q:What''s your delivery time?

A :For stock,shipping time with in 3 days after we get the payment.

   For customized order, delivery time would be 10-30 days after we get your 30% deposit.

Q: Can we print our own logo?

A: Yes, of course, we can print, laser or engrave your logo on the frame, lens and temple as your request.

Q: How can I pay you?  

A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T,  Paypal, Western Union and so on.    

Q: What''s the order procedure?    

A: Firstly, we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 15-25 days if we don''t have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.  

Q: How do you take care when your clients received defective products?    

A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.  

Q: How do you check all the goods in the production line?  

A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
