A: YES! We provide OEM service, can do your own logo or your own design.
2.Best Price?
A: the best price is according to your quantity&quality, so it would be better if you can tell us your detailed requires(eg: quantity, Japanese movement or Swiss movement etc) when you send us an inquiry, then we are able to quote you a best price.
3.What kind of movements you use?
A: for most of our watches, we use Japanese movement, but will use Swiss movement as demanded.
4.Do you use sapphire crystal?
A: YES! We can use sapphire crystal as you need, which is more scratch resistant, but generally, we use hardened mineral glass.
5.Does the wood watch water resistant?
A: in general, the wood watch is non-waterproof, but we can add a metal core to make it water resistant for some models; for metal wood watch, usually it’s 3~5ATM water resistant, so please contact us and let us know which model you are interested in, then we can tell you whether it’s waterproof or not.
6.MOQ?
A: in general, our MOQ for wood watch is 100PCS per design, while it’s 500PCS for metal wood watch/can mixed colors, but this is negotiable.
7.Packaging?
A: generally, the watch is pack in opp bag+bubble bag+exported carton; but please kindly tell us if you need customized gift box, we will do that for you as requested.
8.Delivery time?
A: for wood watch, it’s 35-45days, for metal wood watch, it needs 55-65days, but it depands on the designs and quantity as well.
9.How to care for my wood watch?
A: When you are not wearing your watch, keep it inside of a controlled environment or in a jewelry box away from direct sunlight. You can also use tung or lemon oil to protect it.
