2CY gear oil pump is applicable to transport of non-corrosive liquids containing no solid particle or fiber. The working temperature of 2CY gear pump shall not be higher than 80℃. 2CY gear oil pump is applicable to lubricating oil with viscosity as 5×10-6~1.5×10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt) and other liquids of properties similar to lubricating oil, as well as hydraulic rotation system.

Mainly composed of gear, axis, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve and shaft-end seal, etc. 2CY gear pump’s gear has high hardness and wear resistance after nitrogen treatment. 2CY gear oil pump and axis are mounted together in the replaceable shaft sleeve. The lubricating of all parts in 2CY gear pump is automatically realized with transmission medium when the pump works.
4 bearing sleeves inside the pump are float-mounted and the clearance between end faces is adjusted automatically with working pressure, so 2CY pump delivers stable pressure, small output flow pulsation and high volumetric efficiency.
