1)Warranty period: 2 years or 50000km (whichever comes first).
2) The Seller guarantees the availability of all spare parts required for maintenance or repairs. Within the warranty period, the Buyer shall only be required to pay the actual cost of the spare parts and reasonable travel expenses of the technician to provide the necessary service on site (including air tickets, room and visa).
3) In the event that the quality of any spare parts of the Equipment is (in the Buyer’s opinion) affected, the Seller will provide replacement parts at no cost to the Buyer.
4) The Seller will provide the production license for the Equipment and one set of User Manual for the Equipment and Special Vehicle in English.

All of our products have ISO9001,ISO13485 and CE certificate. We can provide the CE certificate for some of our medical products. Our medical products are manufactured under these certificates and under strict quality control to assure our customer with superior quality and satisfaction.

We have customers all around the world, which most of them are from Zimbabwe, Zambia, Angola, Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Paraguay, Thailand, Venezuela and so on.
4. How long is your warranty period?
Our products are manufactured under the strict guidelines established by ISO 9001: 2008 Standards. All items come with at least a 2-year warranty.
