Answer: Our MOQ for each item is 5 cartons or 1000pcs. 

Question 2: How do you control the quality?

Answer: We have a professional QC team . We have a rule that each order should be inspected by the QC team 

Question 3: What’s your payment term?

Answer: In normal, our payment term is 30% deposit and the balance against BL copy. Of course, if you want to do L/C,  it’s ok for us. 

Question 4: How can you supply if we want to do our own artwork?

Answer: We have a professional design department to make artwork. We also have own print factory to make card to  control the card quality 

Question 5: How can I get the newest product information?

Answer: We will recommend you Hot Selling Items for your market time to time 

Question 6: What’s your cooperated shipping forwarder?

Answer: We have long-cooperated shipping forwarder. So we can offer you different sea cost for your decision, like China Shipping, Evergreen, Maersk etc. 

Question 7: How can I reach to you if I never come to China before?

Answer:  Before you come, you can tell us your schedule and then we can make a reasonable plan for you. And, we also can pick up you in the Airport, book the hotel in different price, together with you to visit the Yiwu Market or Factory. 

Question 8: How can I communicate with you if I don’t know English or Chinese?

Answer: We can offer a translator with you during your visit. Now we have staff who can speak Spanish. 

Question 9: How do you develop your new item?

Answer: We have good factory that can open the mould according your idea, if your quantity is more enough, also we  can refund the mold cost to you.
