Cuctom made services would charge usd29 for mold fee,but will refund to you when you ordered of MOQ(100pcs).And we WON'T sell your design to others once we made it into a products.   1.Pay mold fee and send in your design. 2.Our designer makes the drawng according to your design. 3.Black mold will be made 1-2days after drawing confirmed. 4.Final sample will be out 2-3days after black mold confirmed.   Any interests or ideas,pls feel free to contact me.

Q.How should I do if your price is over my budget?

A:You can increase the quantity as we have gradient quotations,or we will recommend some slimilar but with lower price items to you if you accept similar designs,inform us if that's the problem.

Q.Can I get a discount?

A: Yes,if you quantity is enough,we will offer big discount.And on some shopping seasons,discount will be provided,too.  

Q.Can I get free samples?

A:Yes,we can ship you free samples if we have in stock, would charge some sample fee if the item is out of stock,but will refund to you when you place the order.Shipping fee would be on you.

Q.When will I receive my order?

A:If we have in stock,2-3days after shipment.Or 7-10days of production if it's out of stock.
