The heap leaching gold process is to break the low-grade gold ore to a certain particle size, pile it on a leak-proof bottom mat paved with asphalt, concrete or plastics, and use low-concentration cyanide, alkaline solution, non-toxic solvent or dilute Sulfuric acid and other solutions are sprayed on the mine pile to dissolve the gold, and the gold-containing solution is percolated from the mine pile, and then the gold is recovered by methods such as activated carbon adsorption or zinc powder replacement precipitation.
The heap leaching method does not require high terrain conditions, such as hilltops and slopes, where the terrain is slower and wider, and should be used to build a permanent dumping yard. After being crushed to 30-50m by the jaw crusher and cone crusher of the original ore, directly go to the heap or granulate (refine the fine particles into coarse powder), and then transport the ore to the heap by forklift Pile up.

After the cyanide solution reacts with the mine pile, the gold-containing solution (noble liquid) seeps from the bottom of the mine pile, flows into the noble liquid pool, and enters the adsorption column through the noble liquid pump. Technological progress: Add auxiliary agents to increase the leaching rate and shorten the leaching time. (1) Pure oxygen and calcium peroxide will be used in the heap leaching process. The column leaching test results show that the process can improve the heap leaching recovery rate, shorten the leaching cycle, and reduce the consumption of oxides and water. (2) Adding a surfactant can obviously improve the leaching effect. Adding this surfactant to the leaching test of the broken siliceous oxidized ore increased the leaching rate by 24%; the heap leaching test of the muddy ore increased the leaching rate by 4%.
