Brief Introduction:
Cable hydraulic puller is one of the construction equipment for erecting aerial High Voltage Transmission Line and laying Underground Cable/OPGW/ADSS, which can be used to set up tower, erect guide (ground) lines smoothly & conveniently, such as laying, traction in various complex conditions .This machine is mainly equipped with small tension machine, used in the laying of the traction rope, but also in the case of the cable wire traction.
Features:
1. The cable hydraulic puller consists of generator, closed hydraulic system, reducer transmission system, traction wheel, traction rope winding mechanism, operating system and mainframe. The main tractor and the traction rope winding mechanism form an integral whole. The whole machine layout is compact, the space position is reasonable, the operation is comfortable.
2. The towing machine adopts two-wheel single-axle trailer installation mode, convenient for field transportation. Traction wheel, engine, hydraulic tank, operating disc are all reasonably arranged on both sides of the beam. The strength safety factor of anchoring point design is high, and it is safe and reliable.
3. Tractive force is treated by special technology to resist wear.
4. Traction can be turned positively and inversely, and the traction force can be preset and displayed directly from the pressure gauge.
5. The cable hydraulic puller is a hydraulic transmission type tractor, which adopts German Rexroth hydraulic controlled oblique disc variable pump and German Rexroth inclined shaft hydraulic motor to form a closed circuit hydraulic transmission system. Advanced technology, power saving, high transmission efficiency, reliable quality, and self-overload protection function, to prevent hydraulic impact damage and oil temperature rise speed up.
6. With the German Rexroth planetary reducer, compact structure, reliable quality.
7. With the advanced hydraulic servo control or reversing in the world, the traction speed can be adjusted smoothly and infinitely, and the operation is light, flexible and reliable.
8. With friction plate wet brake, integrated in the planetary reducer from daily maintenance. Spring brake, hydraulic release, easy operation, fast reaction speed, can achieve gap-free braking, safe and reliable. The line running accident caused by the loosening of the tail rope can be prevented under the condition of downtime. In case of sudden flameout or accident, the engine has the function of self-braking protection.
9. The handle adopts positioning design, which is convenient and timely. Accurate adjustment and control, easy to operate, reduce the fatigue strength of the operator.
10. Using aluminum alloy plate fin radiator, driven by hydraulic motor fan cooling, good cooling effect, stable working time. And according to the specific environment and working temperature, timely and convenient to adjust the size of fan air volume. Hydraulic filters are equipped with bypass valves to protect the system from damage.
