The Chilli Sauce and Pepper Paste Production Line include the chilli washing and drying machine, pepper stalk removing machine, chopping machine, chilli paste grinding machine and the filling and packing machine.
1. When the vegetable or fruit into the water tank, they will be fully scattered, rolling, cleaning
and transferring in under of high pressure water and strong flow.
2. The mud fall off from the surface of vegetable will into the bottom of the sink. It will not back flow that may cause pollution.
3. The small weed, bug or other clutters in the water will collected by separation net.
4. The cleaned vegetable and fruit will be sent out by net belt and spray cleaning. Then go the next step.
Pepper Paste Chilli Sauce Grinding Machine:
It with multifunction function, can process peanut, sesame, ginger, garlic, fresh chili, cacao beans, kinds of fruit, like apply, tomato to make them into butter/paste.
Coarse Grinding Machine: Using steel grinder to make the first grinding.
Fine Grinding Machine: Using colloid grinder to make the second grinding, the fineness of grinding is controlled below 7μm, temperature of grinding is controlled below 68C
Fruit Paste Sauce Sachet Packing Machine
Suitable for package of foodstuff, daily chemical articles, medicine (For example:ice tea, jellybar, sour milk tea and so on.)
It adopts filled with the filling of oneself and certain quantity. The seal is firm seal and long-shaped fully.
