Gaudio Brut Nature White, dry sparkling wine from Portugal of great elegance with fine and persistent bubble, DOC Alentejo

Gaudio Sparkling Brut Nature is a sparkeling wine made in the Classic Method, a Brut Nature, where we show another facet of the Antao Vaz (100 porcent) versatility. AROMA: A wine with a bright colour, very subtle bubble with a rich ness of aromas of white and citric fruits. It shows subtle notes of mango and a strong presence of toast. PALATE: Elegant and fresh in the mouth, clearly a structured and gastronomic sparkling wine. VINIFICATION/AGEING: Made according to the Classic method. Two fermentations in this process: a first fermentation in stainless steel vats for 30 days, followed by a second fermentation, after the yeasts have been added and with the wine already in the bottle. 16 months of bottle staging. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Excellent for any occasion, particularly to celebrate and drink with friends. Perfect for oyster and salmon based dishes.
