Sample price is about 10% higher than bulk order due to all kinds of costs reason.
Less than 10~20pcs, there will be extra $100~$200 FOB handling charge per shipment.

Q4: What is your delivery time ?
A: It depends on the definite order,
RTS order can be 3~15 day since the date we receive your payment in .
Normally, electric scooters/Mobility, delivery time 25-35 days. E-Bikes, 45~55 days.
Our salesperson will confirm the delivery time well when we make PI for you.
Q5: What is your warranty terms ? How do you make it once we have quality issue?
A: We offer 3-year quality warranty for framework,year for Lithium battery, 1-year for rest part of vehicle.Easy-broken parts & man-made damage is beyond warranty terms.
Once you have quality issue, please take photos/vedios as our request and provide to us as proof. So we can confirm the issue and give you solution timely.
Once it is confirmed quality issue within warranty time, we shall offer you replacing parts free charge along with next shipment by sea.
Usually, we also suggest customers ordering some percentage spare parts in case of urgent need to save express cost and waiting time.
