GZQ-M WELDING SEAM TRACKER

GZQ-M consisists of sensor, control system and actuator. Firstly, mechanical probe moves along the  joint in front of torch to collect its changing information, then processor translates those changing information into actuating signal for motor -driven sliders(X/Y)to make the torch moving accurately. track seam and corrent welding in real-time with high control precision and fast response speed. It's mainly used with existing semi-automatic welding machine to automate TIG/CO2/MIG/SAW processes for butt weld, lap weld, corner weld and other welds.
