Introduction
2020 hot sell GSH 5L SS304 Propelling agitator 10Mpa Magnetic seal Petrochemicals pilot scale reactor are used for scale up and smaller productions in high pressure Pilot Plants and kilolabs. This series reactor are built for pressure reactions as well as for reactions under full vacuum. Different technologies and materials are used, depending on the requested process and process media. For the design of pressure pilot-scale autoclave and detachable head, the head and container are too heavy to be lifted manually. Therefore, the design of chain pulley support installed can lift the head with minimal effort. When manual operation is still laborious, it can also adopt electric lifting or even hydraulic lifting. HXHCEM will choose the appropriate lifting scheme for you between economy and practicability.

These pilot pressure reactor vessels can be designed upto 350 bar and 500°C. These stainless steel pressure reactor vessels (SS316 pressure vessels) can also be made out of Hastelloy C, Inconel, Titanium, Zirconium, etc.
