Green-Armytage Forceps 21cm (Stainless Steel)
Green-Armytage Forceps are used to grasp and clamp tissue in the uterus. The forceps has wide blades with horizontal serrations. The forceps are used for edges of the transverse incision in the lower segment. The locking rings handle and ratchets grip the tissue firmly. The forceps are available in straight and curved profiles. The overall length of the forceps is 21cm. Green-Armytage Forceps is also known as Greene-Armytage Forceps and Caesarean Section Haemostatic Forceps.
These are used to hold the incised uterine edges at caesarean section, prior to closing the incision. Green Amytage Hemostatic Forceps are used to grasp and clamp uterus tissues for removal. These Uterine Forceps has wide serrated grooves on blades to get firmness while holding tissues.
These are Hemostatic Forceps which are Ring forceps (also called hemostatic forceps) are hinged and look like ring scissors. Frequently, hemostatic forceps have a locking mechanism called a ratchet, which is used for clamping.
