GRC(Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete/Cement) is a composite material made of cement, aggregate,water, alkali resistant (AR) glass fibers and chemical admixtures it’s an ideal substitute for stone carving due to its lightweight and resistance to weather.

Glass Reinforced Concrete---Lightweight Precast Alternative GRC panels can be provided with a standard grey concrete finish or a specially modified coloured concrete mix can be manufactured on the face of the GRC panels to enable the full range of normal precast finishes such as acid wash, sandblast or polished finish.GRC can be molded to any shape and can be attached to a light support frame on site or can come in full sized panels bonded to a steel frame ready to fix to the building structure.

Without use of bearing steel frame, the maximum size is 1.2m*2.4m; in teh case of bearing steel frame, the maximum size is 2.4*13m. 2.What are the parameters of the GRC? The density of GRC is 1.8~2.0T/m³; service life of GRC is 50years; fair rating A1; bending strength greater than 8~30Mpa; the compressive strength is greater than 40~80Mpa; water absorption is less than 14%, our company’s test result is less than 9%, resistance to freezing and thawing is at minus 25 degrees, and 50 tests, superior to the 25 tests required by the specification; shock resistance is .10~30 N mm /mm² . 3. What is the different between GRC, GRG, GRP UHPC? GRC: GRC is a composite material composed of cement, sand, water, glass fiber, additives and other aggregates and mixtures. Cement and water hydration reaction after the hardening, the formation of cementitious cement stone, sand (or other aggregates) firmly cemented together, and cement anchor glass fiber, formed a material with good performance. Sand fills and frames GRC, and glass fiber strengthens it. Mainly used for outdoor decoration. 4. How can i get quotation?
