What is DAB+?
DAB is the third generation broadcast after the traditional analog broadcast AM/FM Digital Audio Broadcasting.

1. Why do we sould plug the rear cam cable on the Android system car radio even if I don't need a rear cam?
A: The rear cam cable have combined the rear cam input and WIFI wirelss cable together, no matter you need rear cam or not, we highly recommend you plug this cable when you are doing the installation for our android car radio, otherwise, the signal for WIFI+wirelss will be not easily caught.
2. Why do the car and machine still work if the car keys have been taken off?
A: First of all please do not combine the 12V ACC red cable with B+ yellow cable together, in you are combine them together and connect to the B+ as a power supplier, the screen will not shut off when you turn off the key on your car.
3. Why can’t the car radio remember the time, pre-stored radio stations, and other related settings after restarting the car?

A: Our car radio is used for 12V model cars, if your car's power supply is 24V, please don't buy it.
10. Why I can not turn on the car radio?
A: A. our radio can just works on 12V car models, for the car models with 24V will not work.
B. for the test stage please try to conbine the YELLOW and RED cable together to the positve power supply, and connect the black cable to negative power supply and check whether it works or not.
C. Try to replay the car radio fuse.
D. Make sure you are using the cable from us instead of the original car plugs.
11. Why the car radio shows "NO SIGNAL" we reversing?
A: Please double check the rear camera cable have been connected properly, for WINCE system radio the rear camera must insert the CAM IN port and for ANDROID system radio the rear cam input calbe sould be pluged onto to the machine.
12. Why I don't have an FM signal?
A: A. Make sure the radio antenna have been inserted
B. Try to insert the radio antenna several time and make it well connected
C. Make sure you are located in the area can get the radio signal, do not try that in the underground garage, remote area, etc
D. Double check whether the radio antenna broken or not, you may replace the antenna and test the radio again
13. Why I can not connect the car radio to wirelss signal?
A: Use your phone sreach the wirelss signal and connect the car radio with password:0000 or 1234 or 123456. For andorid system radio make sure you have plug the rear cam calbe.If it's still not work please replug all the radio cables after 3 mints and try again.
