PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Paint for horizontal public road marking, airport marking and industrial premises marking.Paint contains a larger-particle filler to increase the friction coefficient and is designed for urban streets.
APPLICATION
The paints are ready to use and generally do not need to be thinned with solvent. If necessary, they can be diluted with thinner/solvent included in the delivery package. Before use, stir mechanically in the storage container for 2-3 minutes until paint reaches an original uniform consistency. Some degree of settling is allowed, as long as the settled material can be re-incorporated by stirring.
Apply in dry weather onto the road surface that is free of dirt, dust, sand, and oil at a steady ambient temperature of min. +5 °C to max. +35 °C and max. 85% relative humidity. It is recommended to allow new road surfaces/new surface treatments to weather for two months before marking, otherwise paint can be prone to yellowing. It is not recommended to apply paint onto asphalt concrete road surfaces if over 50% of the total surface area exhibits bitumen bleeding/flushing. Approximate paint consumption is 500-900 g/m2, depending on the road class/traffic intensity, road surface condition, line types, and surface treatment.
Glass bead consumption: 250-550 g/m2.

The paint is intended for all types of road marking machines using airless or air-assisted spray technology as well as for application by hand with a brush or roller.

Available in white, yellow, orange, red, black, dark blue, and green. After drying, the paint creates a solid opaque film characterized by high strength and remarkable abrasion resistance. The paint is designed for application onto roads with asphalt concrete and cement concrete surfaces.
