GH-8302 Waterborne polyurethane anticorrosive paint
It features great properties such as: high hardness, great adhesion, easy to apply, fast drying as well as good resistance to water, chemical corrosion, oil, and organic solvent.Due to its low price and comparable properties, this product is widely used for steel substrate antirust use, especially for large area applications such as: steel pipeline, machinery, continuous line spraying production, boats & shipyard, oil & refine industry, and metallurgical industry etc.

| Surface treatment | All surfaces to be coated shall be clean, dry and free of pollution. All surfaces shall be evaluated and processed according to ISO8504:1992 standard, and the grease shall be removed according to the requirements of SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning standard. |
| Precautions | When brush or roller coating the product, it may be necessary to be coated more times in order to obtain the specified dry film thickness. It should avoid to be coated too thick, and the thickness of wet film should not exceed 150μm. |
| Low temperature curing: This product is a water system. It is not suitable for low temperature environment. It is not recommended to construct when the temperature is below 10℃ . Because when the temperature is below 10℃ , the product cannot be fully solidified; when the temperature is below 0℃ , the product will freeze, and cannot be used. |

Test conditions:
Salt concentration: (50 ± 5) g / L NaCl
Test chamber temperature: (35 ± 2) ° C
Salt spray settling rate: (1.0~2.0) ml/(80cm2·h)
Salt pH (25 ± 2 ° C): 6.5 ~ 7.2
