  GGP200KW solid state high frequency welder whole sets normally including:rectifying cabinet,inverter cabinet,console,transformer,water-water cooling system.

Brief Introduction

solid state high frequency welder mainly used in the field of carbon steel tube & pipe welding and special section tube & pipe welding.

The whole set of induction welding machine consists of rectifying cabinet, inverter cabinet, central control console, step down

transformer, water water cooling system.

1.rectifying cabinet

As for solid-state high frequency welder, the rectifying cabinet uses high power thyristor rectifier, and a certain number harmonic absorption and LC resonant filter components are designed at the same time to reach the goal of reducing the equipment output voltage pulse and increase ripple coefficient index. The ripple coefficient of the whole equipment output is less than 5% to ensure the welding quality and avoid the disturbance of harmonic wave component to power grid simultaneously.

2.inverter cabinet

Providing steel tube welding high frequency power supply, IRFP460 and the fast recovery diode(FRD) DSEI60-06P of American IR corporation and Germany IXYS corporation are used to form electricity converter as the main power device. The single layer power module output power is more than 50KW, adopting 4 layers power module ( contrast to 200KW ) in parallel to the whole machine. The rated working frequency is 350 KHz. The maximum output power of the entire machine can reach 200KW. The same power modules have interchangeability.

3.console

It achieved remote manipulation and power regulation of solid-state high frequency welder.it according tube mill motor quality can manufacture control for one or two motors.

4.water-water cooling system

Circulating cooling system for soft water  has completed its cooling to the warming section of rectifier and inverter, using water-water heat exchanger and internal circulation adopts soft water, with the function of temperature self-control and display. This system need customer workshop dig a water pool as outside water supply for this cooling system.water-water cooling system have more better cooling effect.

5.step-down transformer

Adopting oil-immersed type transformer, step-down transformer reduces the AC voltage from 380V to about 200V, and then supplies to the rectifier cabinet. Meanwhile, this transformer reduces power grid harmonic interference and improves equipment power factor.

besides above whole sets welder,we also manufacture DC driver for control all tube mill speed,also customer can purchase from loacl market, normally our price not include this DC driver, except customer need special requirement we can supply DC driver.
