What is Accelerometer sensors?
Accelerometer sensors are widely used in vibration monitoring in aerospace, automotive and manufacturing industries. Mechanical engineers often use them to diagnose problems with rotating equipment or to assess the stability of structures subject to periodic stresses. The most common way to obtain vibration data is to connect accelerometer vibration sensors and configure them into a data acquisition system that provides high-resolution (24-bit) vibration data at a high sampling rate. Modern data acquisition systems can map, record, filter and analyze vibration data in real time and allow the use of many types of accelerometers.
The GAMICOS GAT831 series sensors adopt the latest development of triaxial axis and single axis acceleration sensor, which has high sensitivity, low noise, wide frequency band range, high overload resistance, excellent performance, and has obtained the Conformity Certificate of Explosion-Proof with the number of SYEx21.03118.
A single axis sensor simply measures vibration in only one axis, so the sensor can be moved to the direction or axis of interest to be measured. A triaxial sensor has three sensors built into one housing and therefore can measure three axes or directions without having to relocate the sensor, as with a single axis sensor.
It is suitable for Industrial rotating machinery: vibration failure analysis of motors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps and other equipment gear, bearing etc.
The product shall not be affected by rain or snow during transportation. The product shall be stored without rain or snow intrusion, with air circulation and relative humidity not greater than 90% (20±5℃).
