Products Description
EPGC series Epoxy Glass Cloth Rigid Laminated Sheet consists of woven glass cloth impregnated with epoxy thermosetting resin,laminated under high temperature and high pressure. The woven glass cloth shall be alkali-free and treated by silane coupler. We produce and supply the following type of sheets:
1) G10 (EPGC201), 2) G11 (EPGC203), 3) FR4 (EPGC202),
4) FR5 (EPGC204), 5) EPGC306, 6) EPGC308
Product Features
EPGC sheets (thermal class: B～H), produced as per IEC60893-3-2. These sheets have excellent mechanical strength (the thermal state retension rate can reach over 50%) under medium temperature or thermal state, as well as the stable electric properties (the insulation resistance after immersion reaches 1012Ω ) in high humidity condition. And also with higher voltage endurance /withstand voltage (over 35kV), parallel to lamination. EPGC202, EPGC204 and EPGC306 also have excellent flame retardant property.The sheets also passed toxic and hazardous substance detection (RoHS Report).

1. Q: Can you give me a discount price?
A: It is depending on the volume. The larger the volume is, the more discount you can enjoy.
2. Q: How can I get a sample?
A: Normally small samples (sizes not larger than 150*150mm) can be sent free of charge and customers just need to bear a little shipping charge, or you can provide your DHL,FEDEX,TNT,UPS courier account number to us. For bigger sizes, it depends.
3. Q: Why is your price a bit higher than other Chinese suppliers?

A: Our normal practice: 30% deposit of total amount before production, and 70% balance payment before shipment. However, this is open for discussion.
