The updated G+ series CTP adheres to the traditional advantages of CRON CTP. Through technological innovation, it uses the advantages of automation, stability, and compatibility to the limit. The new generation G+ series CTP can totally satisfy customer’s requirements for a high quality dot and for stable, reliable and long-lasting operation. In addition to all of these features it is the most cost-effective CTP available today.
New plate loading and positioning system
The new side-gauge system allows smooth accurate movement of the plate at all times. A new
Independent pressure wheel structure allows the plate loading pressure to automatically adjust
to the plate being used, giving smooth plate loading whatever the plate width.
Low maintenance cost as a result of precision balancing.
No intervention required for the fully automatic balancing system.
Environmentally friendly and energy saving vacuum system
A high flow vacuum system provides more even plate suction and saves more than 30% of the energy used previously.
Laser scanning system is maintenance-free
Automatic lubrication of the guide rail makes maintenance-free a reality. The linear magnetic drive is extremely precise, with super stability and accuracy. No lead screw, no grease, no banding, no abrasion, no friction and no wear.
Higher resolution
New higher output resolutions are available. Resolutions of 4800dpi/5080dp9600dpi are now optional. These new additional resolutions meet the requirements of security printing and 3D printing.
Web remote operation
Web remote operation allows customers to view or operate their CRON CTP remotely. Remote data collection and analysis allows the service center to detect faults and make adjustments without the need to visit the site, saving time and cost.

Automatic plate loader is optional (models support 50, 200 & 500 plates).
Built-in punching function supports up to 3 sets of punch dies installation.
(The gap between each punch unit should be no less than 100mm)
Optional external online bridge improves multi-unit connectivity or plate delivery directional changes.
