Adjust the filling time, packaging material in full, excess material by the special filling valve device backflow to the material, the material of material box is not enough, the computer through the level sensor to external fill material pump signal begins to fill material, when the materials automatically stop when filled with hopper pump for material.

The filling machine can be divided into two speed for filling,fast filling until finish speed will slow down, With drip tight filling mouth. All filling movements are in conveyor belt don't stay under the condition of complete.

1, 2/4 filling heads by servo motor down by promoting filling, every time when the cylinder dropped to bottle mouth, filling volume all adjust by PLC.

2, Hopper volume: Above 150 liters,automatic filling material device(level induction system, not including rehydration pump)

3, No bottle no filling function.

4, Speed: 20-50 bot/min(base 1000ml edible oil)

5, Filling range; Can flow of low viscosity fluid,Filling from 50-1000ml

6, Filling accuracy: within 0.5%(based on biggest filling volume as 1000ml)
