Q1: How many MOQ for each item?
Different item have different MOQ. Normally our MOQ is one 40’HQ container. Of course for the new customer we cooperate for the first time, 20’GP is available, but $300 commission will be charged for every 20’GP separately.

Q2: Can your company(LOVELIVING) provide sample?
Yes, we can. But it must be noted that our sample charge double fee of FOB, it means that if you need one sample Sofa, the price for ordering one sample is equal to two sofas for sale. And, if you purchase a 40’HQ container product to our company, we’ll refund the extra sample fee. For example, furniture sample fee is $100, we can refund $50.

Q3: Can your mix item in a container?
Normally, We can mix only two models to you in 40’HQ. And for one 40’HQ container of one item, only three colors are acceptable.

Q4:Can you produce with customer’s own designs?
We have professional designer team and top furniture sample maker, who can realize customers’ design perfectly.

Q5: Can the details of the product be changed?
Yes, of course. If you have better idea, we can change the cover material, color , legs or size.

Q6:What is your delivery time?
40-45 days after getting the deposit. We can accelerate production or postpone production, but it’s noted that the acceleration of production depends on the specific circumstances.
