Q:Are the products free of BPA and lead?
A:We do not use BPA or phthalates in the formulation of any of our plastic components on/in any of our items. We also do not use Polycarbonate plastics due to a higher risk of potentially containing BPA.
Q:How to send the goods?
A:We usually send the goods by sea in FCL or LCL,and we also would send the goods by air or courier.
Q: What should I do if there is a quality problem with the product ?
A: We can provided new one for you by next order or we can return some moeny for this order.

A:The delivery time for samples is 3-5 work days after approval. Most of products have physical stock. For mass production, according to the quantity of the order, normally 20-40 days. Rush order is available.

Q: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own designer, so you can provide AI, CDR or PDF, ect. we will make clear artwork for your final confirmation.
