II Main Structure:
1. Feeding transmission System
Cam dividing plate feeding, Caps feeding into stations by indexing plate.
2. Cap Feeding System
Automatic vibrator feeders for sorting caps to be upwards and feeding caps into the conveyor, then taken by indexing plate in the main transmission system.
3. Desiccant Dryer
Automatic desiccant separator filling desiccant into caps in certain quantity.
4. Desiccant Inspection
Four color sensor detects if there are desiccant in caps or not, and auto-reject the caps without desiccant dryer inserted.
5. Cardboard inserting
Vacuum suction took 4 cardboard at one time and insert into caps.
6. Cardboard inspection
Four color sensor detects if there are cardboard inside caps or not, and auto-reject the caps without cardboard inserted.
7. Sealing
There are 2 times hot sealing in the machine, first pre-heat for softening caps, and second time forming sealing.
8. Outlet and packing
Al qualified filling sealing caps go into outlet conveyor, counter counting and fall into the packing box.
