A state-of-the
art plant configuration, this system includes batching&mixing system, concrete products making
system and transfer and handling system. Fresh products are rolled off to the elevator, The finger
cart will transport the pallets of the fresh blocks to the curing room when elevator is full.
Meanwhile cured concrete products are taken out from curing room to lowerator.
Lowerator destacked the pallets and the pallets are transported to the cubing area being cubed
by cuber. The cubed blocks are transported out for forklift pickup through the chain conveyor.
and the empty pallets are scraped, oiled, turned over and returned to begin the process again.
Manpower Required: 4-5 persons
