The semi-automatic paste filling machine uses a cylinder to drive a piston to extract and eject materials, use a one-way valve to control the flow of materials, and use a magnetic reed switch to control the stroke of the cylinder to adjust the filling volume.
The filling machine has reasonable design, compact model and convenient operation. The pneumatic part adopts good pneumatic components. The parts in contact with materials are made of 304# stainless steel.
The filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the filling accuracy is high. The filling bulkhead adopts anti-drip and lifting filling device.
