Performance characteristics 1. The fuselage adopts integral welding and integral processing structure, and the main components of the fuselage are analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software, so as to ensure the reliability of the machine tool and the accuracy of the whole machine;

The main cylinders on both sides break through the stroke control mode of the traditional mechanical stop bending machine,but adopt the closed-loop control mode composed of electro-hydraulic servo valve imported from Germany and imported grating ruler. The slider position feedback accuracy is high, the operation is accurate and stable, the synchronization performance is good, and the bending accuracy and the repeated positioning accuracy of the slider are high;
3. The functional parts in the rear material retaining are imported parts, which ensures the material retaining accuracy of the rear material retaining, and the rear material retaining mechanism with more complete functions of multiple rear material retaining shafts can be adopted according to the needs of customers;
4. The hydraulic system adopts the integrated control system imported from Germany, which reduces the installation of pipelines, ensures the working stability of the machine tool, and has a simple and beautiful appearance;
5. Both sides of the fuselage are equipped with C-type plates, and the high-precision grating ruler is installed on the C-type plate, so as to avoid the influence of fuselage deformation on bending accuracy during bending;
